What's the difference between the MBizCard and a vCard?
A vCard is a type of file that makes it easy for contact information to be shared and saved into contact lists on devices and in software like Outlook. The MBizCard is the professional profile page that allows users to learn more about you through a website browser. With your MBizCard subscription, you actually get BOTH. The MBizCard page can be saved to the home screen of anyone's mobile device. The vCard can be downloaded and easily saved to someone's contact list. Both will have your name, key contact information, and profile picture.

What kind of Support do you provide?
Along with a series of focused support videos, we provide a Support Ticket form that allows you to easily share a screenshot or video of anything you need. You can upload files, type in the code you need or problem you are having, and even leave a voice recording that outlines your situation. A member of our team will then respond by email in a timely manner. If more information is needed, we will call you by phone or suggest a time to meet over a Zoom video call.

Do you set up and brand my account for me?
In order to be mindful of expenses for our users, we instituted a DIY model a few years ago. That said, we offer LIVE training during our complimentary, weekly Training and Overview sessions. Many times, we are able to go right into a user's account on the call and help them update their color scheme or widget. In addition, we offer an online, personal Zoom package called the Personalization Package. This entails a one-time setup fee. Normally it is $75 but if you schedule yours when creating your account, you can get it for just $45.

Do you offer a refund?
No. Not only do we provide people with a number of ways to learn more about our various packages before ordering their MBizCard, we make it very easy for you to upgrade or downgrade your account anytime. Once you generate your account, you may request a cancellation anytime, and it will go into effect at the end of your current subscription period.
